How to Choose a Front Elevation That Ages Well
Materials, proportions and details that keep a house looking good for twenty years.

Your front elevation is the first thing everyone sees — and the hardest thing to change later.
Pick durable materials
Stone cladding, textured plaster and well-sealed wood age far better than glossy tiles. In rainy regions, deep overhangs protect the facade.
Get the proportions right
Align windows floor to floor, keep one main material and one accent, and avoid too many different colours.
Details that matter
- Planter boxes and jaali screens for shade
- Concealed drain pipes
- Lighting designed for night views
Ask for day and night renders so you can see the elevation in both conditions.
