How much does it cost to build a house per square foot?
Our design + construction packages start at ₹1,799 per sq ft of built-up area. The final rate depends on the city, the finishes you choose and site conditions. Use the cost calculator for an instant range.
How do payments work during construction?
Payments are linked to completed stages — booking, foundation, structure, brickwork, finishing and handover — never to dates alone. Every payment, paid or due, is visible in your client portal.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
Yes. The online calculator gives an indicative range; the exact quote follows a free site visit and soil check by our engineer.

How long does construction take?
A typical G+1 home takes 8 to 12 months from foundation to handover, depending on size, weather and approvals. You see every stage with photos in the client portal.
Which cities do you work in?
We design for clients anywhere in India and build in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida), Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Pune and Indore.

Which plot sizes do you design for?
Every common Indian plot, including 20x30, 25x50, 30x40, 30x50, 40x60 and irregular or corner plots. We check setbacks and local bye-laws before we start the layout.
Are your house plans Vastu compliant?
On request, every plan follows Vastu: entrance in the north, east or north-east, kitchen in the south-east and master bedroom in the south-west. Vastu-compliant designs are marked with a badge in the catalogue.
What is the difference between a 2D and a 3D floor plan?
A 2D plan gives exact dimensions for construction and approvals. A 3D floor plan shows furniture, circulation and light at real scale so you can judge each room before building.
Can I customise a design from the catalogue?
Yes. Open any design and tap “Customize This Design”. We adapt room sizes, facing, floors and the elevation to your plot and family.
How many revisions are included?
The revision rounds and the drawings you receive are written in your quote, so you know them before you pay. Prices are on the Packages page.
What do I receive when I order a design?
The drawings you order, for example a 2D floor plan, a 3D front elevation, or structural, electrical and plumbing drawings. The full list is written in your quote before you pay. Prices are on the Packages page.
