Payments are linked to completed stages — booking, foundation, structure, brickwork, finishing and handover — never to dates alone. Every payment, paid or due, is visible in your client portal.

Yes. A design + construction package covers the design of your home as well as the building work. The drawings it includes are written in your quote before you pay.
Land cost, government approval fees, boundary walls beyond the plot line, solar panels, furniture and appliances are quoted separately.
