About this design

Ground, first and second floor plans of a building 34'-3" wide and about 35'-6" to 38' deep, on a corner plot with roads on two sides and a slanted front. The ground floor has a waiting area, a verandah and parking with two cars drawn; the first floor is one banquet hall with a balcony across the front; the second floor has rooms along a corridor with a balcony. The three plans share one small sheet, so the room sizes are hard to read here — ask us for the full-size drawing.
